Pre Arrival Information
- Arrive early. To avoid conjestion and delays, plan your trip and arrive early. Gates open at 4.00pm.
- Entry gate. Proceed to the gate listed on your ticket.
- Cashless venue. Apollo Projects Stadium is cashless. Payments are by card only.
- Stay hydrated. Free water is available at drinking fountains and refill stations throughout the Stadium.
- Safety. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when leaving.
- Accessibility needs. The Stadium is wheelchair accessible and support animals are welcome.
- Conditions of Entry

- Bag size restrictions apply.
- Umbrellas are not permitted. If it's wet, bring a poncho or raincoat.
- If in doubt leave it at home. Stadium Management takes no responsibility for goods surrendered.
- All ages event: Every patron requires a valid ticket, regardless of age.
- Age guidance: Recommended for ages 6+. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Ticket Limit
There is a strict limit of six (6) tickets per customer for each show. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, ticketing account, email address, IP address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
