We draw on locally sourced beverages and kai wherever we can, to provide fresh and delicious fare for guests as we support the amazing farmers, producers, artisans, brewers and vintners around us.

Venues Ōtautahi have partnered with Cassels Brewing Co to create a strengthened relationship to support local brewery's while delivering quality products locally.

Venues Ōtautahi sources over 80% of all food & beverage locally here in Canterbury last year and continue to aspire to improve growing our economy and attracting visitors to the region.
